The 2025 SEACSM Annual Meeting abstract submission site is open now!

Learn more about the presentation types, submission instructions, sample abstracts, and information about awards for student and early career researchers in the Call for Abstracts.

There are some changes to the abstract submission process and requirements. Please review the instructions in the Call for Abstracts before submitting your abstract.

You can download the Call for Abstracts and access the abstract submission site on the SEACSM Annual Meeting website. 

The deadline for submission of all abstracts is Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at 5:00 pm ET.
